Dan Putnam, AMP
Vice Chair, Residential
Dan Putnam is responsible for executing on a sales strategy designed to drive mortgage broker originated business. He is also responsible for residential marketing. Mr. Putnam has more than 25 years of experience in the Canadian residential mortgage industry.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2012, Mr. Putnam owned and operated a large regional mortgage brokerage, served as President of two national mortgage brokerage operations, and served as President of Originations for a national residential mortgage lender. In 2015, Mr. Putnam served as the Chairman of the Board for the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP), now known as Mortgage Professionals Canada.
Frances ClemoIntroduction My name is Frances Clemo, and I have been a resident of Baynard Drive for the past five years. Together with my husband, John Burkhardt, and our black lab, Jack, I enjoyed spending the winters in the beautiful Golden Beach community. I have spent my professional career working in the pharmaceutical industry as a veterinary pathologist. Connection to Golden Beach Over the years, I have truly fallen in love with Golden Beach, especially the wonderful sunset group. The warmth and camaraderie of this community have made it a special place for me and my family. Interest in Community Service I am interested to serve on the board to help contribute and support the growth of our neighborhood. My goal is to help in making Golden Beach an even more vibrant and welcoming community for everyone. Relevant Experience My background includes service on several professional society committees, where I participated in fundraising efforts and organizing symposium agendas. Additionally, I have served on the library board in our summer community town in Connecticut. My volunteer work extends to organizations such as the food bank, church outreach programs, and Venice Mainstreet, demonstrating my ongoing commitment to community service. |
